We just released NDepend v2017.1 with an advanced extension for TFS 2017 and VSTS. The extension is a management console with Dashboard and actionable data. Have a look here: http://www.ndepend.com/ndepend-v2017#VSTS
This extension is in private beta, General Availability expected by March 2017.

If you're not interested in trending information, it's quite easy to create a powershell task that runs NDepend from the commandline in the meantime.

TFS 2015 is very different than TFS 2013 and will be an important dev investment.
This will be done, but priorities depend on user need, so let's see how vote and comments will evolve on this suggestion.
